Pre-Made Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days, and customers will be notified via email when the order has been shipped. We offer a variety of delivery options, including Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Expedited Delivery.

Custom orders require extra time to process and prepare for shipment due to their unique nature. Because of this, we want to make sure that our customers understand that estimated shipping times for custom orders may vary. Generally, orders of custom items may take 7-10 business days to process before they can be shipped out. However, please be aware that this time frame may be extended depending on the complexity of the order. We are committed to making sure that we do our utmost to swiftly fulfill all orders. Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped via Canada Post and usually arrive within 5-7 business days.
Express Delivery: Orders shipped via Express Delivery usually arrive within 2-3 business days.
Expedited Delivery: Orders shipped via Expedited Delivery usually arrive within 1-2 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase of 3D printed products from our business. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Returns must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.

If the product is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately so that we can make arrangements for a replacement or repair.

We do not accept returns for custom orders.

We will refund the cost of the product, minus the initial shipping costs, within 14 days of us receiving the item(s).
